These Terms of Use (“Terms”) outline the legal agreement between you and EasyFit Global Wellness (“we”, “our”, or “us”), regarding your use of our wellness and movement platform (the “Product”) available at https://easyfit.club.

By accessing or using our Product, you confirm that you understand and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Product.

1. Important Disclaimer

1.1. Our Product offers educational and informational materials relating to mindful movement, somatic alignment, and gentle nutrition. This content does not constitute medical advice or physical therapy.

1.2. You are fully responsible for your personal health decisions. EasyFit Global Wellness disclaims liability for any outcomes from your participation.

1.3. You agree to consult a licensed physician before starting any new movement program, especially if you have chronic back pain, joint conditions, cardiovascular history, or recent surgery.

2. License to Use

2.1. We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable license to access the Product for private personal use, subject to payment and compliance with these Terms.

2.2. All Product content, exercise videos, written guides, and audio flows are protected under intellectual property laws. You may not distribute, reproduce, or resell any part of the Product.

3. Account Registration & Age Requirement

3.1. You must create an account and keep your login credentials secure.

3.2. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account. Accounts for minors will be promptly removed.

4. Pricing & Subscription Renewal

4.1. Trial Access: We offer a 4-day trial for $0.99 USD. If not cancelled prior to the 96-hour mark, your membership automatically renews at $9.99 USD / week (or $19.99 USD / week depending on your plan). Subscriptions auto-renew weekly until cancelled.

4.2. 6-Month Sanctuary Pass: A single payment option granting 180 days of club access is available for $99.99 USD.

5. Refund Policy Summary

Refunds are granted exclusively when valid payment was made but access to the Product was not provided (an “Access Issue”), and cannot be resolved within 14 business days. Full criteria are outlined in our Refund Policy.
